Warranty Coverage

Bikes:

  • Frame Warranty: All our bike frames come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the original owner only.
  • Components Warranty: All non-wear components (e.g., forks, handlebars, seat posts) are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Electric Bikes: The motor and battery of our electric bikes are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Accessories:

  • All accessories sold by Epic Rides Online are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads, chains)
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage resulting from improper assembly or maintenance
  • Modifications or alterations to the bike or components
  • Commercial use or rental use
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents)

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at louie@easybusinessstrategies.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damage or defect.
  2. Evaluation: Our customer service team will review your claim and may request additional information or photographs to assess the issue.
  3. Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective part or product. In some cases, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

For approved warranty claims:

  • Within Australia: Epic Rides Online will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement parts or products to you.
  • International: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement parts or products.

Limitations

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Epic Rides Online reserves the right to determine whether the damage or defect is covered under this warranty.
