Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

  • Shipping Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping times within Australia are 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia. For orders below this amount, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times for expedited shipping are 2-3 business days.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping:

  • Shipping Times: International shipping times vary by destination but typically range from 10-15 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order.
  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs.

Packaging:

  • All bikes and accessories are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Bikes are partially assembled with detailed assembly instructions included.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns on bikes and accessories within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at louie@easybusinessstrategies.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Contact us if you need assistance with the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at louie@easybusinessstrategies.com.au with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards and customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
